Mill Cove Brew Pub & Stage 1 on Bedford Highway offers a vibrant all‑in‑one experience—daytime pub fare, local craft brews, and off‑track betting, transitioning into a lively live‑music and entertainment venue by night.
By day, Mill Cove serves up grill classics, house-brewed ales, ciders, and features one of Halifax’s only off‑track betting rooms for live race viewing. As evening sets in—especially on weekends—it transforms into Stage 1, Bedford’s go‑to spot for live music, DJs, comedy, and trivia, with free parking and a buzzing atmosphere .
